CampZone charges 5% on online credit card payments.

What happens if campground staff lose Internet access?

We recommend that all campgrounds have a contingency plan in case they lose Internet access or otherwise cannot access CampZone.

• Maintain a supply of paper registration forms or have a copy downloaded so they can be printed on-the-fly. This helps your staff collect all the necessary information from campers
• Print your reservation lists in advance, and block last minute reservations to ensure that your staff has the latest information even if they are offline.
