Soaring Eagle Campground has been operated by the Fischer family for 26 years. Our family, as well as our employees, take great pride to serve our campers, with a welcoming, clean and convenient family campground. Soaring Eagle Campground is the closest campground to West Knoxville, and is a short drive to Oak Ridge and The Great Smoky Mountains. We offer long pull thru, full hook up sites with 50/30/20 amp service. If you would like to camp by the lake, our lake sites are back-in with water and electric including 50amps. Our primitive area has secluded beautiful campsites right on the Clinch River. Each lake and primitive camp site has a picnic table and a fire pit.

How to Get Here

Exit 360 off of Interstate 40. We are on the north side of the interstate. If you are traveling west on I 40 take immediate right turn after exit ramp. If traveling east on I 40 turn left at top of exit ramp, cross the interstate and take first right immediately past exit ramp from westbound. Interstate 75 travelers, we are 7.7 miles from I 40, I 75 split / merge.  Take I 40 west. GPS users our address is "3152 Buttermilk Road West" do not forget the "WEST" "Lenoir City TN"
