Since 1961, the Tessier family has welcomed guests in tenting and RV sites, cabins and authentic Sioux tipis, located in Falmouth on beautiful Cape Cod. We are a family oriented campground dedicated to the experience of “camping in the great outdoors” – reliving childhood memories, while making new ones with you and your families. Located at the midpoint of the Shining Sea Bikeway, we are close to warm water beaches and Martha's Vineyard boats, offering a daily shuttle to both. Campfires are allowed. Make Sippewissett Campground your “home-base” while visiting Martha’s Vineyard, Boston, Newport, Provincetown, Plymouth and more.

With 68 miles of winding coastline, Falmouth boasts mild waters, which make swimming, windsurfing, fishing & boating enjoyable well into the fall. At the midpoint of the Shining Sea Bikeway, you can bicycle or walk to the beach, cross the cranberry bogs and salt marshes. Falmouth is a cultural “hub”, with exceptional restaurants, summer stock light opera, community town band concerts at the harbor, theater productions, film festivals and local history at the historic museums in town. Sippewissett is your “home-base” while visiting Martha’s Vineyard, Boston, Newport, Provincetown, Plymouth and more.
How to Get Here
Directions from the Bourne Bridge: You will enter a rotary coming off the bridge. Take the 2nd exit off the rotary (Route 28 South). Continue on Route 28 South for 12 miles. (Be careful not to leave Route 28 South at the next small rotary!) Take the 4th exit after the small rotary, marked “Sippewissett Route 28A”. (This is the exit AFTER the Brick Kiln Road exit.) Immediately turn left at the blinking light. Campground driveway will be 1/2 mile on your right.
