Private Campground

Set camp on the shores of Cheoah Lake in the Nantahala National Forest. The campground has sites available for tent, trailer and RV's of less than 30 feet. The Campground at Fontana Village features both hookup sites for motor homes and trailers, and tent-camping sites. There is a bath house with shower and bathrooms available at the campground which is available to all our camping guests. Come join in all the activities in the village including the pools, putt-putt, fun games and many other programs. Don’t forget to ask us about water and electric hook ups and the bath house when making your reservations. You’ll also love the picnic tables and wonderful view of the river and Fontana Dam, adding scenic spice to your Smoky Mountain vacation. Ask about our Fontana lake rentals when you visit the campground located at the base of Fontana Dam on Cheoah Lake. Tent site prices range between $15.00 and $20.00 per night. Sites with hook-up range from $30.00 to $40.00. The Fontana Campground also includes a separate RV dump station, located off the entrance to the campground.
