Welcome to McClellan Mobile Home and RV Park, where our first priority is to provide a comfortable and safe living environment for you, whether you are staying with us for one night, one week, or long term.  Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your experience at our park.     We have been family owned and operated since 1969, because we feel like hands-on leadership creates a more personal and reliable experience for our residents. In order to provide peace of mind for our residents, we have on-site staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Our property is gated, with key card access to both pedestrians as well as vehicles, and the gates are closed every night for your safety and security.    We are close to downtown Sacramento and all area attractions. Seasonal large pool for your enjoyment. We also have a laundry facility, fenced spaces and lots of trees.   We have spaces to accommodate any size RV, all with full hook-ups, and most spaces can take multiple slide-outs.  Many of our spaces have multi-car parking, and throughout the park there are parking areas for guests. We allow 2 pets per space (with proof of current vaccination), and have a dog park, for your convenience.    Please stop by or call anytime for pricing information and to take a look at our park!
