Nestled right in the heart of Blind Bay, across the street from the majestic Shuswap Lake, we are a privately owned 18 site full hook up RV campground on the corner of Copper Landing. Come and enjoy our beach, swim, and gaze out at Copper Island.
Along with our amenities, you’ll find lots to do and see throughout the larger community of Blind Bay such as restaurants, grocery, gas & liquor right across the street, there are a couple commercial marinas close by where you can arrange moorage for your own boat or rent boats and seadoos for the day, a public boat launch just down the road, and shopping and hiking in the area. Walk to the large weekly market 'Music In The Bay" with live music, dancing, entertainment, artisans, food trucks, beer gardens and activities for the kids. There are also several golf courses, a driving range and wine tours within minutes. … and for our four legged, furry friends there is a large run area just a couple minutes drive up the road.

There is no public moorage available at Copper Landing Marina. A $300.00 refundable damage deposit will be added at check out along with taxes. The damage deposit will be refunded in full within 72 hours after checkout if all is left in original condition and no monies are outstanding. This includes all properties contained within the Strata.
Wifi not included in reservations, Starlink Wifi rentals are available for an additional cost. Inquire about our Wifi rental services when making your reservation.

Our RV Sites are open from April 19 through to September 18. Copper Landing Seasonal Camping is an exclusive, 18 site RV campground connected to the larger Gated Copper Landing Residential Development located in beautiful Blind Bay, B.C.
The seasonal camping section offers different sized sites to accommodate various RV lengths. All sites include 30-amp, water and sewer.
One RV unit per lot. No tents.
The seasonal campground is under new ownership and new management. The individual lot owners of the larger Copper Landing development collectively purchased the seasonal campground, amenities and marina in the Spring of 2025. We Welcome You!

Future seasonal outdoor pool when it reopens. Undergoing repairs. Date of reopening unknown at this time. It may not open this coming season however we are working hard to make it happen!
Parking on your site for up to two cars max. (lot size dependent) Limited overflow parking is available. Not all sites can accommodate a second car. There is to be no parking along roadways. Cars must be inside your site boundaries. Please speak to staff for assistance and email early to inquire about overflow parking.
Public Boat Launch is just a quick minute drive up the road.

Renters do not have access to boat slips or the marina at Copper Landing. Please contact Finz, Bayside or Shuswap Marina should you require a boat slip. No boat trailer parking, seadoo trailer parking or storage available on site. You must make arrangements to store your boat trailer off-site. There are a few storage options within Blind Bay.

Sheds cannot be relocated, and are placed by Management before season commences. Copper Landing is a holiday, recreational property for a single season stay. We do not offer residential or long-term reservations. Winter storage is available at an additional cost and a separate booking. No winter camping or occupancy allowed. We do not guarantee subsequent seasons or the same spot. Each year is a new booking. We will make every effort to accommodate you should your subsequent application be accepted. We reserve the right to decline future bookings.
Near By Amenities Near by community amenities include the Village Grocers with a deli, butcher, bakery, ice cream, fuel, post office, and liquor store right across the street. Easy to walk to! There are several restaurants within walking distance or a short five-minute drive away. Finz Beach Front Restaurant and Bar, Bayside Grill Beach Front, Ranchers Sports Bar, Timber; Farm to Table dining and Spinnaker Cafe Italian. Shopping, hair and nails can all be found within a five-to-ten-minute drive as well! …and the very popular Music in the Bay every Thursday evening during the summer where you will find performances, live bands, activities for the kids, artisan tables and food trucks. A great time is had by all ages. It too is walkable! Finz, Bayside and Shuswap Marina rent out boats and seadoos by the day or longer so give them a call if you’re craving a day on the water. If you want to hit balls or play a round of golf, Shuswap Lake Golf course is just a short drive away. Also Cedar Heights Par 3, Sunshore Golf (in Chase), Talking Rock and Salmon Arm Courses. Hiking trail head with parking is a 3 minute drive up Balmoral Rd. Pickle Ball is offered in two locations in Blind Bay.
Important Booking Information: COPPER LANDING CAMPGROUND RULES Please read carefully. Your deposit confirms you have read and understood the agreement. Strata Council and /or Management reserves the right to cancel your rental agreement at any point during your stay due to breaches of the agreement.
GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS: Renters found in violation of these rules and regulations will be given 1 day to comply. $200 will be fined for each offence, and $200 for each ongoing offence which continues after 1 days written notice by Copper Landing and each consecutive 7 days. Multiple or repeat offences will warrant eviction at Copper Landing’s discretion. Management reserves the right to change these rules and regulations at any time.
Strata Council/Management reserves the right to cancel your rental agreement at any point during your stay due to breaches of the agreement. You must vacate the property immediately. All registered guests must provide a copy valid RV insurance. RVs on site must be well maintained and in good and road worthy condition. Please drive slowly and watch for children. Maximum of 10kms per hours inside the development.
Rental Sites are confined to the Renter, their spouse and direct children in their care. A maximum of 2 adults and 4 children under the age of 18 are permitted on each site. All names must be registered when booking. No additional family or friends can occupy your lot. No tents or additional units. Please contact Reservations Management should your immediate family (parents and children) exceed this maximum occupancy. This is a family campground.
No sub-letting lot. There will be no in and out privileges. Once parked the RV unit is to remain in place for the duration of the booking.
Boat slips are not available for rent at Copper Landing Marina. Copper Landing is not responsible for the loss or damage to any personal property of a Renter, including their guests or visitors.
Canopies and Awnings must be professionally manufactured of aluminum, vinyl or canvas and must match the RV unit’s appearance. Decks can be placed on site if you are a full season renter. Must be made of treated lumber, vinyl plastic or aluminum planks. No deck may be built in excess of 24 inches from ground level. No deck may be permanently attached to an RV. Decks must be approved by Copper Landing prior to being assembled.
Any improvements made to the lot or shed is at your own cost and must remain when you vacate your lot. These are considered lease hold improvements. Construction or improvements of any kind must first receive written approval from Management. This includes landscaping which includes, but is not limited to, the planting, trimming or removal of trees/shrubs or other plants on Site. Below ground digging is not permitted without prior written consent from Management.
Selling of goods or services within the park is prohibited. Outside clothes drying or clotheslines are not permitted within the park (a discrete rack for towels and bathing suits is the exception)
The renter, their families and guests must have respect and maintain the Site, along with their recreational vehicle and the Park in general. This includes ensuring garbage/refuse/recycling is placed in the appropriate receptacles. The Site cannot become cluttered and can not store or displaying objectionable materials. This is a family friendly Park and the renter; their families and guests are expected to maintain acceptable decorum during their stay.
Off road vehicles may not be used on the property. No drones within the park.
Overloading the campsites 30 amp electrical system is strictly prohibited. Any damage done from such overloading will be the sole responsibility of the renter, who will be liable for associated repair costs.
Children must be supervised at all times. They cannot wonder around or play in the residential areas of Copper Landing or attend the amenities alone. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult while at the pool or at the beach. There is No Lifeguard at the pool or beach. You must be responsible for your children at all times. THE POOL IS CLOSED FOR REPAIRS SUMMER 2026.
Copper Landing is a residential, privately owned development. Each of the 85 lots outside of the campground are privately owned. There is to be no trespassing in, on, or around the residential lots. All the amenities and common areas are collectively owned by the 85 lot owners. Your activities and behaviour while at the property must not infringe upon or impact your neighbours. Profanity or immoral conduct within the park shall not be permitted. Occupants or Visitors must not cause damage, other than reasonable wear and tear, to the property, common assets or the RV Site or Strata Lots. Occupant or Visitor must not use a campsite, the common property or common assets in a way that causes nuisance or hazard to another person, causes unreasonable noise, is illegal or contravenes applicable provisions of statutes and bylaws, or is contrary to a purpose for which the site or common property is intended.
Quiet hours shall be observed from 11pm to 8am. Any noise generating equipment such as televisions, radios, music players, generators or motorized equipment shall be restricted in their use and time of operation so as not to cause a nuisance, for the mutual comfort of all. No trespassing onto other sites or cutting through trees or between sites.
POOL RULES: Please note the pool is closed due to extensive required repairs. THE POOL IS NOT SUPERVISED BY MANAGEMENT. There is NO LIFEGUARD. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.* Children under 16 must be supervised at all times. No exceptions! No alcohol, No glass containers, No pets at the pool. Swimming after dusk is not permitted. Breaking and entering the pool area is not permitted when pool is closed. Obey all posted signs.
PETS: Only non-aggressive, well behaved household pets (limit of 2) are permitted. No dangerous breeds. Copper Landing reserves the right to prohibit any breed or animal considered dangerous or with reports of misbehavior at their discretion. For the purposes of this agreement “aggressive dogs/animals” shall include animals exhibiting aggressive, growling, snapping, biting or other similar aggressive actions towards people or other animals, animals with a documented history of aggressions or animals who have bit any animal or person on property. Also included is a dog whose constant barking is disturbing neighbours. Management reserves the sole discretion to determine if an animal is aggressive. Management shall act reasonably in making such determination.
Occupant or Camper is responsible to clean up after their pet without exception.
Waste must be bagged and deposited into an outdoor garbage receptacle. Please use your own receptacle whenever possible. All pets must be leashed/contained and supervised at all times, and the renter is solely responsible for any damages caused by their pet. Renters, their family or guests are NOT permitted to leave unattended pets tethered, chained or caged outside the recreational vehicle. Should you choose to leave your pet unattended inside your air conditioned RV please note the larger community of Blind Bay does have community wide power failures that may leave your pet without air conditioning for some time. Copper Landing and Management will not be help responsible. No pets are allowed on the common areas such as beach, marina, pool or pool deck, playground, septic, green spaces, gym, laundry or washrooms. All animals are subject to the Animal Liability Act of British Columbia.
SEWER / SEPTIC SYSTEM: We have recently replaced the entire system during the Summer and Fall of 2025. Your full cooperation in using and caring for our new system is required and greatly appreciated.
Copper Landing is on a SEPTIC SYSTEM. All precautions must be taken to protect the septic system, including using only septic safe toilet paper, soaps and typical wash water. etc. You cannot allow anything not septic safe to go into the system such as paper towels, hygiene projects, wipes of any kind even if they say flushable (they do not break down and will clog the pipes), diapers, food and trash/rubbish must be disposed of in the appropriate garbage receptacle.
NO GREASE of any amount can go down a drain or toilet.
The septic system may only be used for human waste, toilet paper and typical washing water. Please collect all cooking grease or oily food residue into a container or with paper towels and throw them into the garbage. Please do not put down the drains or toilet. Only Management approved products may be used or added to septic holding tanks. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to the following, bleach, anti-bacterial products and/or toxic cleaners. A list will be provided to you. RV’s must have holding tanks. They cannot be left open to the sewer. Sewer tank dump valves must be left closed when not in use. Flex hoses must use a rubber donut.
FIRES: Campfires are to be totally extinguished when not attended. Open fires are not permitted on the Site or in the Park, except in designated fire pits/ rings. Relocation of fire pits/rings is not permitted. The burning of human or animal waste and trash/rubbish is not permitted. The collection and/or burning of sticks, branches, leaves or other natural materials found in the Park is not permitted.
No fireworks shall be permitted within the development. Operating permits and government regulations must be observed.
Fires are prohibited when bans are in effect. Renters, their families and guests must follow all municipal, regional and Provincial fire rules, regulations, fire bans, alerts and/or evacuation orders.
Management will make best efforts to clearly post around the Park any fire related notices/orders. It is the renter’s obligation to keep themselves informed of all notices/orders. Fireworks are not permitted.
GARBAGE: All garbage and regular household waste must be placed in the designated garbage bins (when bins not in use please tuck away on sites). Garbage, household recycling and bottles/cans/containers must be properly sorted for weekly pick up. Bins will need to be curb side on your lot by 8:00 am on designated pick-up day.
SMOKING, DRUGS AND ALCOHOL: Discretionary use is required for the consumption of alcohol in any common or recreational areas. No smoking or drugs of any kind is permitted in common or recreational areas.
Legal drugs and smoking may only be consumed within the renter’s Site as long as it does not infringe upon neighboring site and renters.
Illegal use of drugs of any kind may result in the immediate termination of agreement resulting in eviction and/or police intervention.
Smoking is not permitted in any Park common areas – only on Sites, and any cigarettes, must be completely snubbed out and disposed of appropriately.
EMERGENCY: In case of emergency call 911
Copper Landing Management has the right to enter any site if required in an emergency, without notice, to ensure safety or prevent significant loss or damage b) for reasonable reasons to inspect, repair, or maintain common property, common assets and any portions of a site that are the responsibility of the Copper Landing Strata Corporation to repair and maintain. Copper Landing has the right to move RVs, equipment, vehicles and belongings of the Renters or Visitors without notice or liability in the event of any emergency. However, Copper Landing has no obligation to do so.
MOTORIZED VEHICLES AND GOLF CARTS: Motorized vehicles such as ATV’s, minibikes, motorized scooters etc. are not permitted.
Golf carts are permitted for FULL SEASON renters only. A lot # sticker must be affixed to the golf cart. Golf carts are subject to the following additional rules/responsibilities: Golf cart use must be approved by Management. One (1) golf cart is permitted per Site.
Use of a golf cart is restricted to persons sixteen (16) years or older. Management reserves the right to allow employees under the age of 16 the use of a golf cart during work hours.
Riders must be seated and must not carry more passengers than the allotted seats available.
Riders must follow the 10 Kph speed limits and are expected to drive in a responsible manner taking care to keep control of the golf cart at all times, parking only in designated parking areas within the Park or Site. Golf carts are only permitted to be ridden in the Park and are not for use on public or surrounding roads/trails outside of the Park.
Impaired operation of a golf cart is not permitted and is subject to prosecution under all Provincial and Federal laws. Improper use of a golf cart, including use in the dark without proper lighting (flashlights not included), or reckless use of a golf cart may result in the golf cart being restricted on Park property.
If a renter has authorization and consent from Management for use of a golf cart within the Park, the Renter is responsible to ensure their liability insurance includes the golf cart.
SAFETY: Propane tanks may not be enclosed. Due to potential danger to others, propane tanks are limited to a maximum capacity of 80 US gallons on any one RV Site. Outside storage material and building supplies must be placed in a shed if provided or concealed under your trailer or deck.
No toxic, explosive or corrosive materials are to be stored on any RV site or in any common areas.
INSURANCE: A Renter is responsible to obtain and hold valid insurance, including, but not limited to liability insurance. Management will no be responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of property/enjoyment as a result of negligence of a Renter, their families or guests, fire, theft, wind, flood or other natural disasters/factors which are beyond Management’s control.
Equipment, apparatus and furnishings/fixtures located in the Park is solely for convenience of the renter, their families and guests. Persons using these items do so at their own risk.
FIREARMS AND RESTRICTED ITEMS: Replica guns (paintball, air-soft, etc.), sling shots, bows and arrows, illegal knives or any restricted weapons of any kind are not permitted in the Park. Hunting is not permitted on Copper Landing property.
