The village of Tobermory offers the visitor many attractions - with two natural harbours, swimming beaches, canoeing & kayaking, scuba diving, the Bruce Trail, glass bottom boat cruises, a 9-hole golf course, fishing, shopping, and two National Parks - the Bruce Peninsula National Park and Fathom Five National Marine Park. Local services available include the St. Edmunds Museum, library (which provides internet access), airport, medical clinic & hyperbaric chamber facilities, fine restaurants, shops, galleries and churches.

N on Hwy 6 to Tobermory, turn L onto Cape Hurd Rd, 1 km on the L.From the Chi-Cheemaun ferry, drive S 2 km to Cape Hurd Rd, turn R, 1 km on the L.GPS: 93 Cape Hurd Rd, Tobermory (or Northern Bruce Peninsula).
Rules
HAPPY HEARTS PARK RULES
Park Pass: Your Park Pass must be visible on the rear view mirror of your vehicle at all times.
Check-in/Check-out times: Campsites check-in: anytime between 1 p.m. and 11 p.m.; check-out before 12 noon.
Cabins check-in: Anytime between 1 p.m. and 11 p.m.; check-out before 11 a.m. Late check-out fee applies to cabins and campsites.
Day Visitors: Day visitors to registered guests are welcome and must check-in at the office before entering the park. Day use fees apply and visitors must leave before 10PM.
Quiet Time: We are a quiet family campground. Quiet couples are also welcome. Music must be kept low at all times and shut off at 11:00 p.m. until 9:00 a.m. Quiet time is at 11:00 p.m. Be respectful of camping neighbours at all times.
Fireworks are not permitted at any time.
Motorcycles may drive to and from their sites but are not to be driving around the park. Keep bikes as quiet as possible.
Do not walk through other campsites, even if it would make it easier to get to washrooms or other park locations.
Flood Lights: Please don’t use flood lights for your campsite after 10PM.
Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is unsupervised and for campers only. Use at your own risk. Please observe all rules posted in the designated areas. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult not less than 18 yrs. old.
Picnic Table: One picnic table per campsite. Picnic tables are not to be taken from other campsites. If additional tables are required, please notify the office.
Alcoholic Beverages: You are allowed to have alcohol on your own campsite only. Do not come to the store, mini-golf, pool etc. with your alcoholic beverage even in a concealed container.
Drug use, drunkenness or rowdy behavior will not be tolerated.
Garbage: Please recycle and bag your garbage before placing it in the dumpsters at the park entrance.
Wash dishes at your campsite (not at the water tap) OR dishwashing station and dump any remaining waste in your garbage bag.
Trees & Wildlife: Do not destroy wildlife, trees or damage property.
Please do not pick up, gather, or remove any fallen limbs for firewood that are in the wooded areas surrounding the property. Do not cut branches or peel bark off dead or alive trees.
Firewood/Campfires: DO NOT transport or bring wood with you as it may have pests that will destroy our trees. Firewood for use in our park and fire starters may be purchased in the campground store. Please keep your fire in the fire pit and do not leave your campfire unattended. Do not move fire pits. The fire must be extinguished before you go to bed. Please keep your fire pit clean from glass, cans, tinfoil and garbage.
Pets: Well behaved pets are welcome and are to be on a leash at all times. They must be picked up after and not left alone to bark. You may not know it, but they do bark when you are not there.

Camping Cabins
Camping Cabins A camping cabin is basically like a tent but is a building so you have a roof over your head.
There is electricity, but no running water, and you use the campground washrooms which are directly beside or behind the cabins. There is a drinking water tap for your convenience and dishwashing stations as well.
Included in each cabin is:
1 double bed
2 bunks in the small cabin and 3 bunks in the large cabin
Table and chairs
Small fridge
Small microwave
Gas barbeque
outside Fire pit and picnic table
Front porch
The small cabin sleeps a family of 4 -2 adults, 2 children.
The large cabin sleeps a family of 5-2 adults, 3 children.
WHAT TO BRING?
There are covered mattresses on the beds and you will need to bring your own bedding or sleeping bags.
Basically you will bring everything you need for the usual camping conveniences.
SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE CABINS.
